There is a spark inside you. And where there’s a spark, there’s usually a whole world patiently

waiting to be discovered. This is what I want to help you with – reconnecting with your spark.

You don’t need to wait for “the right moment” to start, or to pick up where you left off.

I am your “guide on the side, not a sage on the stage” because this is your life - you are the one

who is living it.

I work with individuals experiencing stress, feelings of overwhelm and hopelessness, low self-

esteem or self-worth, relationship challenges, as well as those facing life transitions or career

changes. I also have experience working with individuals who caused harm in relationships. My

approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored

to each person’s unique needs.

A few years ago, I wrote a poem for a creative writing class. The words came to me then, and

they still speak to me now. I hope they’ll speak to you, too.

I was meant to be here

Where I am now

Right at this exact moment

Experiencing all these hardships

That are pouring down

On me

Like rain

Like a meteor shower

Or downpour of shooting stars

That I will eventually

Wish upon.
