You have a fundamental right to feel happy, loved, and connected. But life can sometimes get in the way. Struggles like anxiety, depression, and low self-worth are more common than many people realize, and they often stem from past trauma, challenging life experiences, or even things outside our control like genetics. You might feel like you’re your own worst critic, constantly judging or doubting yourself. The truth is, we’re all doing the best we can, and we all deserve support to heal, grow, and fully accept who we are.

In my practice, I work with individuals of all ages, including children. For younger clients, I offer play therapy, which gives kids a natural and effective way to express themselves, work through emotions, and build resilience. I also support clients dealing with PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health concerns, helping them navigate the ups and downs with care and compassion.

I welcome people exactly as they are, embracing all genders, sexualities, races, ethnicities, identities, and backgrounds. I’m trained in evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT. For clients who are Christian, I’m also able to incorporate faith-based approaches into therapy, if that’s something that would feel meaningful and supportive to you.

I love my work and I’m passionate about helping people explore not just their mental health struggles, but their values, purpose, and meaning. I sincerely want to help you not only meet your goals but enjoy a sense of optimism about your life and the future. I would love to meet you and explore how we might work together toward your goals.
