Mary Eldredge, LMSW

Mary A. Eldredge is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2003. Mary partners with clients to help them achieve goals and skills for a life that is more manageable and more fulfilling. She offers skills in a range of evidence-based approaches. Mary believes that therapy is a supportive partnership between therapist and client that empowers the client to build independence and self-reliance. She has provided service to others in the helping professions who struggle with compassion fatigue, impostor syndrome, fear of failure/success, as well as nonprofession related issues.

Mary is experienced in peripartum and child/adolescent care, all the way through geriatric and caregiver care. Outside of work, Mary enjoys baking/cooking, reading, pets, travelling, creating novice art, and flower gardening.
